Re: Bring And Buy at Firestorm

Thought I may not be able to make this but recovery seems to be proceeding well so sorry chaps but hopes are high that I’ll be there to haggle and utter disparaging comments on whatever you have for sale! :cry_blow:

Re: Forgotten World

Hi Liam Looking at Fireforge, they have a very sound, established historical miniature business and excellent reputation so even if the KS doesn’t fund as much as hoped I think this range is definitely on the way. I think it will genuinely just be a matter of time, ie the more KS support, the quicke...

Forgotten World

Just wondered whether anyone else - particularly those with an interest in GoT - have been looking at the Forgotten World Kickstarter from Fireforge Games? The initial Human faction - the Northern Warriors - appears to have been inspired by the forces of that Northern Direwolf loving family whilst t...

Re: 2018 - New Year, New Ramblings

Although no longer a member, as I still occasionally post on the site and nobody else has responded, I just thought I’d respond to your question about needing the site Kevin. To be honest I can’t remember when I last read or contributed to a genuine discussion on here so if the site is primarily her...

Re: Bolt Action Tank War in 15mm?

If you are interested in tanks vs tanks games then you may want to look at the Two Fat Lardies game, ‘What A Tanker’. It’s played down here with 15mm models and has a simple campaign system improving your tank crews experience etc as games are played. I’m sure there must be some demo games on YouTub...

Re: Adeptus Titanicus

Firestorm has everything listed for sale already. There is NO discount on the Grand Master box - it's £175. Quite interesting that Wayland are offering 20% off all the smaller boxes for this but are also NOT offering any discount on the Grand Master Box. Perhaps GW aren’t offering the usual retail ...

Re: Adeptus Titanicus

I was watching TV last night - quite a rare event these days (Viking Dead programme) and an advertisement came on about shaving gear being expensive but you had a free gift - a punch in the gonads! - and I immediately thought of this thread!

Re: Adeptus Titanicus

Way too rich for my blood! There was some interest down here but I think the price just killed it for others as it has for me. If you’re going to enjoy the game and get loads of games out of it then that’s fine but I have no idea whether I’d even like the game so it’s just much too expensive to take...

Re: Getting Rid of Stuff.

After a brief flirtation with AOS I’ve decided it’s not for me so I’m moving everything on for both sides, including army books and rules. If interested just PM me.
