Does this mean that you are going to write lots of Battle scenarios for us to be able to play?

Just watched first 20minutes or so of BA2 demo game on BoW. Some very significant changes (more later in the vid but haven't got that far yet).

All MG's gain an extra die (that includes vehicles!)

Units going Down gain -2 to enemy shooting

LOS changed by introducing Dense Terrain (area) for things like woods. Units in Dense Terrain can see out and be seen but you cannot see across dense terrain unless you or target are in it.

The -1 for shooting with Shaped Charge weapons is removed (huzzah for panzerschrcks and bazookas)

Assault rifles range reduced to 18" range

Rallying ignores Pin modifiers (like Antares) and if you stay Down you remove an extra D3 pins.

Flak has been improved...only need 3 hits (on a 5 or 6)...to drive off the attacking aircraft.

The effectiveness of the new officer rules to activate nearby units were demonstrated quite clearly.

just need to watch the rest of the video to see the other changes... ;)

Not sure if anyone's playing this these days but if you are (or are playing any WWII skirmish game) then take a serious look at the stuff coming out of Empress Miniatures at the moment (sculpted by Paul Hicks). I have some of the Yanks and they are simply superb. Fantastic detail but well raised for ease of painting and the actual models look like real people rather than Arnie on steroids! Just sent another obrder for the Yanks and included sample packs of the late war Germans, which look incredible. Excuse me whilst I drool...

I like Empress's moderns range, especially the Chinese, though never brought any as don't really have a use for them.
